Comcast disses MSNBC June 23, 2008
Posted by reformedville in : culture , trackbackI knew MSNBC had dropped in the ratings but now Comcast plans to put it along side the vegetable channel. Effective July 17 it moves from channel 39 to channel 266, meaning you must have a digital package and access to Channel One on demand to get it.

I’m thinking in the not to distant future all cable television service will be digital since its easier for the cable companies to meter individuals and find out what might appeal to the viewer…
This info can be sold to retailers…
Locally (Charter Communications) all the better brands are moving to those 100+ numbers, handles the HD better…
